K: So we figured how much money we saved - here's the accounting;
S: We got so many good ideas from all our cat blogging buddies, so we asked Mommakitty to make the first purchase for us.
K: We had her buy Daddykitty a huge can of popcorn - it has 3 flavors in it: caramel, cheese and butter flavors! It's kinda the equivalent of us cats getting a gigantic bag of Temptations in three flavors!
S: I read on the label that there's a bunch of other stuff in the can too, like High Fructose Corn Syrup, Hydrogenated Soybean Oil, BHT, Malodextrin, Enzymes, Disodium Phosphate, and more! I think we got a lot for our money!
K: And it's in a cool can with kitties on it! I think Daddykitty would have preferred the can with the train on it, but Mommakitty picked it out (we think she wants the can!). It only cost us $5.99! So, we still have $20.97 to spend. Mommakitty says we can use the bottle caps like tokens and trade them in for extra treats when we're being furry good.
S: Now we have to buy something for Mommakitty . . . Hmmmmm . . . This looks like something she would like - and it's a bird of some sort, so it must be fun!
K: Let's go ask Daddykitty . . .

We're asking efurrybody to stop by Smudge's bloggie to check in on him - he's not doing well. We're sure his family would appreciate your purrrs and prayers.

That bird thing for your MommaKitty is a wonderful idea! And birdseed is cheap so she wouldn't have to spend a lot of money once she got it.
You may want to invest your money. I am a vestment counselor for the cat blogosphere and am planning on planting a nip farm in the Big Piney Woods...just a thought.....
