Trip to da V-E-T . . .
We went to da vet this weekend. I don't really mind - I thinks it's kinda interesting. Mommakitty has all types of pet transport units fer us to choose from.
I wouldn't mind going in this basket, but Mommakitty wuz afraid I would jump out of it before I gotted to da V-E-T office.
Below is da typical "Prizon Box" PTU unit. Sabi gits freaked out when Momma brings this out. I think it's OK.
I prefer da "Cosmic Flyer" PTU unit.
Every year Mommakitty has to invent something new to git Sabi to da V-E-T. This is whut Momma hadded to invent this time (it's da laundry basket). It's not so bad in here. But Sabi still freaked out - he even pee-peed in it . . . and all over our Snuggles blankie! Ewwwww! He's such a wussie!
Anyhoo, . . . I did furry good at da V-E-T. I gots nice teef and I only had to have one shot in my tushy - I didn't whine or nothin'! Da V-E-T called me "handsome" and skootched my tushy. I got treats when we got home.
I am 11 lbs, 12 oz of pure Mancat Meezer!

Kimo, you sound like me -- I'm not skeered of the v.e.t., either! I don't efun talk so much on the way... well, I always kinda talk, but I don't talk like I'm upset or nothin'.
Now Brainball, our big Alpha Cat, doesn't like goin to the vet at ALL. He pees and poos inna PTU and says, mmmrrrrrOOOWWW, mmmmmmrrrOOOWWW alla way there! He and Sabi kould kommizerate, I'm sure!
I'm so glad yur checkup went good! That's superduper.

Kimo, you are a very brave cat. I am happy that your teeths are good and you only got one shot. I do not like going to the vet myself. I cry and cry on the way there, but once we are in the office, I clam up.
Poor Sabi! I am glad you guys are OK after your VET visit.
Trixie and I get to go on our harness. It's really Trixie's but... I own everything!
Oh Sabi you are so brave not to worry about going to the Vet. I stay completely still while there hoping I will disappear.

We are glad you survived your vet visit. We have to go again soon and get our kidneys checked again to see if they are getting better or calling it quits. We hope they are still gonna work with us...
Our mommie keeps our prison box out all the time. It just stays in teh fambly room. She thinks that maybe we might not think it such a threat. Who is she kidding. haha.

Wow, Kimo, you were very good on your visit to the VET. You had such a good check-up too. Thanks for wishing us well when the storm went through here. We are fine, and no damage. We are really happy to get our power back on though.

Aw, Kimo! Sounds like you are an angel about going to the vet *smile*. I don't like it much myself -- I fuss a lot on the way, but I don't pee or poo in it. MaoMao's right; Sabi and Brainball could indeed commiserate about their PTU and vet adventures!

I'm so proud of you Kimo. I don't mind going in the big metal machine, but I don't like the PTU much. I'm a very good girl in the machine with just my harness on. But, I haven't been back to the V-E-T since I was a small kitten, and I'm not really as tolerant of strangers now....

Those are some great carriers. Meowm took me to the vet one time without a carrier at all!
