P.S. - Some of you didn't realize it can git purdy darn cold in No. Calif. 'Bout this time of year, it can git down into da 30's at night, and 50's during da day. We gits frost on da ground and on da metal monsters. It snows at our house about once every 5 yrs or so. Mommakitty says anything below 70 is bone-chilling. Anyhoo - if you wants to know da current weather in our town, just scroll to da bottom of da sidebar. There is a weather report below da clock.

Cat trolls??? I'm not sure about that. If they exist, they are right here at our place too. SS is forever losing things. But I think she is just messy and disorganized and can't blame it on any supernatural beings.

You guys are silly! Temperatures in the 30s (Farenheit) aren't cold! And temperatures in the 50s are downright balmy! Cold is when it's -20 degrees Celcius! Anything above freezing is warm! :)
I'm with Dragonheart. Anything above freezing is warm. Mom says it is 37F here right now, and she says 37F isn't THAT cold.

Yoo have furry cute toze! Mom sez dat what beans find cold must be relative to what they are used to. It was 37F here yesterday and mom was out in a spring jacket and when she talked to her cuzzin it was 63F and she was whining about how cold it was. We don't care as long as da temp in da house stays da same!

hehe Its funny everyone's definition of cold. Momma thing anything below 60F is freezing. Aren't your toes cold? Empress stepped on momma's foot this morning and the almost made her put on socks because she said they felt like little ice cubes.
Momma wants to smoosh your toesies! And she'd probably grab your ears, too. We didn't know it got so cold in CA. It's pretty good hibernating weather here in the mitten state. Momma agrees with your mom, though. She says anything under 80 is way too cold.

Momma is laughing. She says you are almost as bad as her Dad was. He was from farther south, but loved to tell all the Wisconsin relatives (and my Momma up here in Washington) how "bitter" cold it was when it was below 70 (and in Wisconsin they had 3 feet of snow or something!)

You have great toesies, Sabi! Oh man, my momma is like your momma about the cold--but we are almost in the Arctic here in Ithaca! We even had snow on the ground when we finally got up Friday morning after eating all of that turkey. I think I'm gonna eat a little bit more and hibernate.

My people rode their rumble bikes for a couple hours today and now they're both reallllly cold. If they'd stay home with the kitties, we' all be warm 'cause they'da turned on the heat!
