On a sad note . . .
Kimo: We was notified by Best Friends, that one of da kitties we sponsored, Cybella, passed away. Here is da note we received:
Cybella
"Dear Friends of Cybella,
We're so sorry to let you know that Cybella has passed away. At 21 years of age, this grand old dame developed heart problems and complications associated with her feline leukemia. Her body was no longer able to support her, and she passed peacefully over the Rainbow Bridge surrounded by great love.
We're very sad to lose her. As her sponsor, you know Cybella looked very queenly, but was a sweet soul who loved affection. Groups visiting Best Friends often came to her area to meet the cats. Cybella loved to greet them, and ensured she was a firm favorite by riding on the shoulder of anyone who'd let her. She will be sorely missed by all. But she was so lucky to have a friend like you. Your support meant that this lovely cat was able to live a good long life despite her feline leukemia status.
Thank you for caring, and good wishes from all of us at Best Friends."
Sabi: We will see you on da other side someday Cybella.

You two look very cozy snuggling together. It is sad that Cybella went to the Rainbow Bridge, but she lived a long life.

It's good to know Cybella was loved by many. But given her age, it might be better for her failing body. May she find peace over at Rainbow Bridge.
I'm sorry to learn the sad news about Cybella. But she was very lucky to get to live 21 years. I hope I can live that long!

Cybella was a beauty, and she was luck to live such a long life. We will tell our brother Max to be her friend at the Bridge.
