. . . and Fundraiser Funds
Kimo: Remember we raised $87.00 in our Jump & Shout Contest / Fundraiser? We we has finally decided upon da recipient of da funds.
Sabi: Originally we wuz gonna send da funds to the Cat Friends Helping Friends organization fer them to make a decision, but they disbanded before that could happen, so we hadded to make da decision ourselves.
Kimo: After consulting wif some other cats, and also consulting wif da anonymous donor of half da funds, we has decided to donate da entire amount to Diva Kitty Sophia.

Sabi: There have been many past and current fundraisers / auctions fer cats, such as, MuShue (and his fambly), Moki, Panther, and others. Now, Sophia is having her own auction fer her own vet bills fer da blood werk she hadded this week.
Kimo: Sophia's mom (DKM) has often donated her time and materials in da past to make Snuggles blankies and Squiggles toys to put in other auctions. We know that even in her current Snuggles auction she has had to front some monies fer da materials.
Sabi: We hopes our contest / fundraiser monies will help her wif crochet materials and Sophia's vet bills.

P.S. - we finks we have figured our beans and blurpy sisser are going on a trip . . . this can only mean two things . . . can you guess whut they are? Tune in tomorrow . . .

We also love Laurel Burch and were very sad to hear of her passing away from this world. Mommy has some of her rubber stamps and love to use them.. She loved color and gave to much to the world of feline art. Thank you for sharing your mommies story with us from the artistic life.

I think you made a wonderful choice in Sophia. DKM has always been there for others; now it is her turn to be on the receiving end. Either you are going to kitty jail or getting a sitter. I hope you don't get too lonely while your family is away.

Oh that's a great choice, Kimo and Sabi! It's just perfect to help her when she needs it. DKM has done so much to help out the blogosphere kitties. She even did Secret Paws many times, and that's a huge job. Purrfect, just purrfect.
