Mommakitty: Hi there, Mommakitty here. I just wanted to tell you a very sweet story about Kimo - something that happened on Saturday night.
Kimo: Oh Momma . . . do you have to?
Mommakitty: Yes - I think every cat should know what a hero you are.
Mommakitty: Well, as most of you know, Kimo is really sweet around his little sister Kiera.
Kimo: Yep, yep, they know - please don't drag this out.
Mommakitty: The other night Kiera bumped her chin on my shoulder and she scared herself. She began to cry and cry.
Kimo: Then scream, scream, SCREAM!
Mommakitty: Niether Daddykitty or I could console her. Then while I was holding her, Kimo came over to us.
Kimo: I just happened to be in the area - that's all.
Mommakitty: It was more than that. He came directly up to Kiera on the couch, gave her headbutts, and swished up against her - back and forth. He let her touch him with her hands.
Kimo: I just needed a scritch - that's all.
Mommakitty: Kiera quickly calmed down and within a few minutes was asleep on my lap. He really loves her - and it shows. Kimo is our Meezer Mancat Hero!
Kimo: Geez - now it's Meezer Mushy Monday!
Mommakitty: Oh, and by the way, Kimo also sleeps everynight outside Kiera's bedroom door, AND he frequently sleeps near her crib when she's napping!
Kimo: Hey Momma, don't you have a flight to catch?
Mommakitty: Yes - and I don't want to hear about any parties while we're away - OK?
Kimo: Um, . . . yea . . . sure . . . (hehehehehe)

Well since you're the hero of the moment Kimo I'm sure Mommakitty won't get so cross when you have the big party! ;) Talking of parties I really should have ordered one for my 8th Birthday, but that would have meant sharing my new yummy food and let other cats play with my toys too... ;)

what a sweetie you are! (that's a good thing - mancats should be sweeties too) our Lady wishes she had you around when the Quiet Girl was a baby and was more like the Really Loud Screaming Girl. the only thing that would work at 3AM was for the Lady to pick her up and walk around while singing Peter, Paul & Mary songs. a sweet kitty would have been much better!
