Yesterday, some of you asked if we gotted a new post to replace da one we gave away to FreeCycle. Da answer is YES . . . as you can see from da photo.
We gotted our new post back in early January and it still looks brand new! It's called a Purrfect Post - and IT IS PURRFECT!!! Daisy was da one who recommended it to us.
We really did put some fun luvin' into da old post, but it really gotted messy and da Blurp wuz pullin' stuff off it too.
Speakin' of purrfect . . . da Blurp hadded her 18 month check up last Friday. You can read all about it at her bloggie . . . inclooding all da fun stuff she gotted to to during da weekend - she wuz rockin' out!

We got a Perfect Post too, but we didn't use it much (we like the horizontal scratchers) so she gave it to Sammy the stud cat...but she might donate it in a raffle since he doesn't use it either, he likes his Turbo Scratcher the best. Cats are picky!

We've been looking at getting that purrfect post too...ours looks almost as loved as your old one....
Mom likes the looks of that post, too. she got a scratch mat made of that material and we like it. Our post is not as loved as yours, but it is getting there! Mom said one like your new one wont get fuzzy!

Nice! Buddah has a post like that, but he wishes it were taller. When he stretches, he's a long kitty and even though his is like 36" it's not tall enough. He sure does seem to like it, though.

Hi Kimo and Sabi! We haven't visited in a really long time and miss you guys. Keira is beginning to turn into a beautiful little girl, but of course she is a beautiful baby!
That new scratching post is great! Mom gave ours to Freecycle too because we never used it. We prefer scratchy pads instead!
That old post served you well and now has a second chance at happiness.
