She decided to draw a picture of it before we send it off to da California Academy of Sciences in San Francisco. That is where da spider expert lives and hopefully he will tell us why this critter keeps invading our domain!

![]() Hi! I'm Kimo, a Seal Point Siamese. I'm a pretty laid-back dude. I enjoy birdwatching, sunbathing, desk lounging, collecting coins, snoopervising, watching reality TV, curling up by the fireplace, and long, long naps. |
![]() And I'm Sabi, a Domestic Shorthair. Some say I'm ADHD. I enjoy running, unrolling toilet paper, catching spiders, playing fetch, knitting, burrowing in fresh laundered clothes, and short naps. |
![]() Daddykitty & Mommakitty |
Mommakitty and Daddykitty adopted us from the Petaluma Animal Shelter in September 2004 (born in July). They play with us when we need the exercise, set limits when we need to understand the rules, and even nap with us. They provide a safe home for us with plenty of room to play, feed us healthy food, and encourage us to learn new things. They're the best!
Bean Gurl Sisser
Our little bean sister is a Las Vegas, Baby! She is adopted (just like us) - born December 2007. We luvs her very much and she has her own bloggie too!

Our mum said ewwww, but we said yummy.
That's a scary looking spider. The Blurp did a good picture of it though. We hope the spider expert can help you. Think he can figure out why we keep getting baby snakes?????
Sniffie and the Florida Furkids
We like spiders and we like playing with them! We're not sure we'd like to play with that one though...
The article was interesting. We wonder if your spider came all the way from Africa!!

Ewww... The Woman wouldn't like such a big spider as that.
That is an interesting spider! We hope you find our what kind it is. We love the blurp's drawing of it!
Uuggghhhhh...That looks like it would bite back. I don't like bugs that bite back.
Aaaaahhhh! Black widow! Black widow!
Yucky!! We don't get many spiders in FL, but we sure get lots of wasps! We are glad you kept Da Blurp from picking it up! We hope you find out what it is and why they like your house so much!! Mom finally has the house all sellable, and we might have some good news in the next few days!!
Your FL furiends,
I hope it is a simple inconvenient spider and not something bad to be dealt with. We had a big writing spider out front the other day when Dad was pulling weeds, but it stayed outside.

We always point out spiders to our beans but they don't last long once we do. Mommy is scairt of them so vacuums them up with a long tube thingy since they are usually on the ceiling and she's afraid of them dropping on her head.
A hybrid spider sounds furry scary!!!!
We think we would hide too. Playing with bugs is kinda fun, playing with spiders isn't.
