Meezer Monday

Hunkerin' down fer da winter.

Whether the weather be fine,
Whether the weather be not,
Whether the weather be cold,
Whether the weather be hot,
We'll weather the weather,
Whatever the whether,
Whether we like it or not.

I can just see the top of your head, Kimo! But why are you hunkering down? It doesn't ever get really cold where you live, does it?

Tell me about cold! Mom said she wouldn't take me outside until it go at least to 30 degrees! That could be forever! We may be home by then!

Your bed looks nice and warm and we love the poem! It finally got cold enough here for the beans to make a fire in the fireplace. We love to sleep in front of it!

We've been feeling the cold weather too. We have two Millie beds that three of us share when we're in the bedroom. In the family room we had our first fire last night. The kittens thought they'd gone to heaven. We're hoping tonights another chilly one. My mom can only tolerate the heat if it's VERY cold outside.

Oh that sure looks cozy. I didn't want to get out of bed today either. Of course Ma was less then thrilled because it was her bed and she couldn't make it up all day. HA!
